Application (≈5 minutes)
Take a few minutes to complete our questionnaire — it helps us understand you better and begin your journey smoothly.
Meet Our Team (≈45 minutes)
If you qualify, our team will schedule a video consultation to discuss your goals, review your application, and answer any questions you may have.
Prescreening (≈3 weeks)
We'll collect and review your medical records to ensure surrogacy is safe for you and everyone involved, and run background checks on you and your partner.
Meet Your Intended Parents (average ≈3 weeks)
You'll be presented with intended parent profiles and can choose whether to meet them. After a video call, the decision to accept or decline the match is 100% yours. Most surrogates match within 3 weeks.
Medical Clearance (≈1 month)
You'll visit your intended parents' IVF clinic for medical screening and a psychological evaluation. Our team assists with scheduling and travel arrangements.
Legal Clearance (≈1 month)
You and your intended parents will review and sign the legal agreement. We'll connect you with an experienced surrogacy attorney for full support.
Embryo Transfer (≈1–2 months)
Once cleared, your IVF clinic will begin transfer preparation. You'll take medications and attend monitoring appointments to get ready for the big day — embryo transfer!
First Trimester
You'll remain under the care of the IVF clinic during the first trimester, with continued updates and support from our team.
Rest of the Pregnancy
Your OB doctor will take over your care through delivery, while we stay in touch to ensure you feel supported and connected throughout.
Post-Delivery
We hope this journey becomes one of the most meaningful experiences of your life. Our team remains available for post-birth care, recovery guidance, and continued connection.
Surrogate Requirements
Before we begin, let's confirm that you meet the key requirements to become a Twinkle surrogate.
You are a person who has a kind and caring heart and wants to help a loving family.
You are between 21-38 years old.
Your BMI is less than 30.
You are a U.S citizen or legal permanent resident.
You have carried at least one healthy pregnancy without complication.
You have <= 2 c-sections, <= 5 pregnancies, <= 1 miscarriage.
Your time from previous delivery to embryo transfer must be at least 6 months.
You have a stable and healthy lifestyle.
You live in a surrogacy friendly state. (No Louisiana or Nebraska).
You are not currently on any depression or anxiety medication.
You must have a stable family environment with adequate support during the pregnancy.
You and your partner can pass a criminal background check and a psychological evaluation.
You and your partner do not use illegal drugs, marijuana, smoking, or abuse alcohol.
